Yes they can, but only onDalmatian and friends first you need to have the lucky collar, milk, dry food, the rose, the clover clock, and the nintendogs record. They also have to like each other. It doesn't matter what breed they are as long as they are the same type of breed. One also has to be a girl and the other has to be a boy.
1)Put all your dogs in the dog hotel except the ones you are going to breed.
2)Put the rose on the female dog and the lucky collar on the male.
3)Once the are getting along meaning NO barking, biting or chasing each other. Just laying down and cuddling with each other. Then play the nintendogs record.
4)Then wait ten minutes and give them the milk and then give them the dry food.
5)Then RIGHT AFTER save and turn power off.
Repeat this 4-5 days and on the 6th or 7th day you will see your ONE AND ONLY ONE puppy.
