Fulfill your sims wants and wishes for a while, click on the treasure box on the bottom bar to the far right to keep checking your lifetime happiness and when it gets to 10,000, click the lifetime rewards button, select Fertility Treatment and click OK
Your pets and Sims can have triplets but only if you have the lifetime reward "fertility treatment (for pets)" hope that helped!!! :)
There is no cheat code. Its under the lifetime happiness panel, you click on lifetime happiness and fertility treatment is somewhere between 5000- 15000 lifetime happiness points i believe

No, you cannot have Sims 2 pets on Sims 3. You must have Sims 3 pets for Sims 3 or Sims 2 pets for Sims 2.
