Here you can do all sorts of exciting things to the town such as: convert a lot into commercial/ residential lot, build/ edit a lot, evict/merge or move in families, change active family, create new Sims and more. You can get money this way without really cheating by merging you family with a rich family such as the goths and then evicting the goths, your family will have all the money... but you wouldn't want to do that, would you?
