On Super Mario 64 how do you get the sixth star named blast away the wall at whomp fortress?

Right next to the spinning plank, there are two walls. This is right next to the cannon. You have to aim for the upper right corners of this wall, which will break the corners. Once you've done this on both, a star will appear,

Once you complete the other 5 star missions enter Whomps foretress and now go up then left you will notice a red bomb omb talk to him and he will open the cannon go into the cannon and blast at the walls that are nearby one has a star hidden in it now you must use the cannon or manually go up towards it then drop down either way get the star and your done.
