So what you do, Locate your town hall on your map, Enter the town hall, and go over to the reg rug with I think it has a mail symbol on it? Anyway its the 2nd one on the right. Talk to pelly or Phyllis and click "Mortgage" Then enter the bells you want to pay :D Hope that helps

Nothing happens after you pay the final mortgage. In fact, I highly advise against paying it, due to the lack of reward. He doesn't expand your house after you pay his

It just means that you have not got to pay tom nook any more money. You cannot make your house any bigger than the 4 rooms on the bottom floor and an extra room in between the bottom floor and the bedroom.

To get Nookingtons you have to have a DS-DS or Wifi visitor buy something from Tom Nook. He should then say that he is going to upgrade; after the visitor has gone.

If you arent on the shop before nookingtons you have to buy, buy, buy! buy everything in the shop every day no matter what.

I am not sure who the nookingtons are but you usually will get a statement 45 days later from the bank that will say the mortgage has been satisfied and is stamped by your local register of deeds office. This is huge when you can do this because you are part of less than 2% (according to the last information I read) that has done this. You will now be in position to build wealth faster than ever before. Just stay out of the 401K's and get some financial education and challenge the status quo. Noooo!!!!!! this doesn't work! i just tried it! What you can do is this. You can plant foreign fruit then wait for the tree to grow then plant loads more trees then you can sell this fruit! foreign fruit is 500 bells i think. The fruit will grow back. Also find te special money rock. dig holes around you then hit the rock with out stopping until it stops giving you money. This only happens on one rock in the town and it changes rock every day. Also put a little bit of money in your savings and then next month you should get intrest! You could also make a new person and make them complete there job and keep deleting them and making them do there job until you have enough money! Good luck paying that mortgage off!
