Go to forge, and scroll down and select "Map." Scroll down to "Forge World" and click the right joystick to the right. The top one is the only blank one, but the rest of them can be completely stripped down, meaning you can delete all structures, weapons and spawns, making it blank. There are many custom structures, spawns, and weapons to choose from.
