What you do is: Start on the green tile (top left from your perspective). Go all the way down to the bottom left (in a straight line), then go diagonally to the top right corner. Go left again to the right tile, then move diagonally down to the bottom-right tile (the red tile). If this explanation is a bit confusing, just watch the warp phantom on the right side of the room.
