On sims 1 does your baby get any older?

there isn't a cheat, but there is a spell if you have the Makin Magic expansion. It's on the 3rd page of the spellbook, only the child can make it (they can get a wand from the child's newt toy in the magic section). It requires 1 toadstool, and 2 dragon scales to make, beware: it can backfire and make your child a baby again, and you can't choose what the child will look like after the spell is complete.

Hold down ctrl, alt and c, then a cheat box will appear, then type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, once you've clicked enter you can press down shift whilst pressing it left click on the sim you want to age and click trigger age transition or *set to birthday, you can then throw a b'day party or wateva to make them age, hope I helped :)

First play a sim. Next press Ctrl+Shift+C. Then shift click on the sim. Then click the bubble on the top left on the sims head. Then click more. Then click sim modder. ( a baby should come. Next click on the baby. Then click age ( it's something to do with age) then you can do it to all sims or 1. Then you can click on the age you want your sim to be.

Get the cheat box up and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. The click on your sim holding down shift. A load of new options with show up, click spawn then click on the option that says tombstone L and D. Then click on the tombstone and pick transition age. This will make them the next age up.(eg: Adult-Elder)

If you don't want to use a cheat, go into buy mode - misc/parties (looks like balloons), and buy a birthday cake. Then have the sim you want to age up blow out the candles. Instant birthday.
