No but after you defeat the boss on Menahat, you can talk to this one fat guy that kinda follows you around Menahat with 2 other guys to try to find the ruins before you and he will give you this machine that transfers Metallic Rygazelle and Metallic Leopuba over to your Cosmolink (but you have to have spectrobes beyond the portals)

You can get the mesaspectrobe on the second planet Diachi, at the boss area after you beat the game. But be careful because they are very hard to pick up when using the drill because it goes to critical really fast. and this only for the first spectrobes game not on spectrobes beyond the portals

you should get it on Kolin but i finished the game and i am trying to find it in the south terrace but i never get it but if you go to the south terrace early in the game before the krawl go to kolin you might have a chance
