First you have to make your pet/pets selectable by the boolprop controlpets on, use boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat and spawn tomb stone of L and D, then as your pet, click on the stone and speed up pregnancy I don't know if it works on animals but it works on people! :) Also you can make your Sim alien pregnant boy or girl without getting abducted, or make them pregnant without going woohoo. :)
