If you mean how to get the cat back to it's master (Sera), then you'll need the fishing rod that Colin's mom (Uli) gives you for fetching the cradle. When you have it, go over to where that cat is behind the house. Take out your fishing rod and cast. Watch the bobber; when the bobber falls below the water to where you can no longer see it anymore, immediately yank the Wii Remote upwards to get a fish to bite. If done correctly, you should see a message that flashes up that says: Fish On! Then when the fish is on the line, just hold your Wii Remote up to reel the fish in. First you go on top of the bluffs by the river, go to the far reeds on the building and press the action button on them to play the hawk song. If you look down the river you will see a mokey jumping up and down with a cradle. Use the hawk to get the cradle, then bring the cradle to the women who lost it. In return you will get a fishing rod. Fish right to the cat on the dock and when you catch a fish the cat will grab it and run back to the store.
