Who ever wrote this ^ Must have misunderstood the question, because it will be something wrong that is inside your psp door, just go to a sony store or a game shop and they will remove the door to check the system and see what's wrong. They will be able to fix it unless you need to pay for a spare part. I had the same problem too so I understand what you mean...
