The Sky Pillar is amost next to Pacificlog Town just surf up then follow the top rocks then you see a cave go in there then get past the cave then there is this weird house go in there and there is the Sky pillar.

it is near pacifidlog town ,you must beat elite four or you cannot go there

You can freely get to the sky pillar and you have to wake rayquaza to be able to obtain the last badge. without this badge from joan (or what is his name) you can't go to beat elite four

Found on Route 131, just surf arround a little.

defeat the elite four then go to paciflog town then surf right then you will see a cave and that's sky pillar and bring a mach bike
