Pokemon ranger shadows of almia walk through walls?

If you are talking about Almia castle, go to Hia Valley or Shiver Camp which should be on your map. I think you talk to murphs farther about the pendant and he will want to talk to Mrs.Winter, which is in the only cabin in Hia Valley. She will talk to you about the fairy tale of the blue pendant. You go out of the cabin and you will get voicemail from Prof. Hastings. He will give you a mission "Get the blue gem". You go north east from the cabin till you reach Ice Lake. Catch an Empoleon and use the map move "river flow". Take currents and smash ice till you reach Almia castle. You'll notice that one of the torches has gone out. There is a Vulpix nearby. Catch the Vulpix and light the torch again and the door to the castle will open. Go inside. Go through the door that you can only go through. Then you will see Team Dim Sun criminals and they are talking about the ice blocking the door that is north and that is the right way to go. They spot you and attack you with hypnotized Pokemon. (I'm not sure what Pokemon) Capture them and they will run off somewhere. Because the ice is blocking the way. Go to the east door. (i cant remenber where to go in the east door) There is a Ninetales somewhere which is the only Pokemon that can melt the ice. Once you captured Ninetales go back where you came from and melt the ice and go through the door. (I cant remember the rest)
