AnswerIt depends on the game you are in. If you are playing Sinnoh, there are 4 random super rod fishing tiles in Mt Coronet that change every day so make sure you get more than one in one go! If you are playing Hoenn, there are six random tiles in route 119.

They are Ultra Rare. You can fish for them, and they are in 6 random tiles on Route 119 that randomly change whenever the trendy phrase in Dewford town changes. They are extremely hard to find, so good luck!

I may be wrong, but I think you need to fish in the water near Fortee City using Good Rod. But there are only six blocks that Feebas will be there and it changes every day...
