There is no PS3 Emulator.

PS3 is so complex in nature that emulating it will take years and years of hard work.

You can take the example of PCSX2. It took 4 years to run a PS2 game. Yes, now it is undoubtedly the best emulator existing, but it's requirements are outstanding.

A PS2:

CPU: 299 MHz

RAM: 32MB

GPU: 147.456 MHz

Recommended requirements for PCSX2:

CPU: Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz

RAM: 2 GB on XP / 4 GB on Vista

GPU: 750 MHz

Now, A PS3:

CPU: 3.2 GHz

RAM: 512 MB

GPU: 550 MHz

Assumed requirements for a PS3 emulator:

CPU: 65.536 GHz

RAM: 32 GB

GPU: 2.545 GHZ

I doubt something like that is possible on today's hardwares.
