step 2 : use rake on patch to weed it till no weeds remain in patch
step 3 : use seeds on patch with seed ipler in inventory
step 4 : water if needed
step 5 : harvest by using spade on crops! enjoy

Imps are found all over runescape. There are some by the sheep farm in lumbridge, a bunch by the Karamja volcano, there are some by and in falador, few by Rimmington, I believe there's one near the Ice Mountain, etc. Like I said, they're every where.
They are first at the cosmic rune altar, then the farm below falador, and the ogres or on a members server, east of castle wars.
