You will need to Press Start to go to the Pause menu. Then use the RT and LT buttons to go to your Phone. Then go down to Dial. Then, you may use these numbers to unlock cheats, which gives you access to a variety of weapons, vehicles, change the weather, and even the game. Here are some cheat numbers you can use.
