I only have a downloaded demo but I have a trick list for the PC version. I KNOW it isn't al of the tricks but I'll give you the tricks. This took a lot of "research".
Flatliner: X + Right
NacNac: X + Left
CanCan: Space + Left
Pendulum: Control +X
No Hander: Shift + X
Nothing: Space + Right
Taunt: Shift + Space
Lazyboy: Control + Space
Heart Attack: Shift + Control + Space + X
Indian Air: Control + Space + X + Right
Ok now I have some tricks to do on the ground.
Wheelie: Hold clutch and gas for at least five seconds and release clutch and lean back
Revving: Hold clutch and fluctuate the gas
Donuts: Lean foward, turn and accelerate.
