Luigi-Clear adventure mode with Mario on at least normal.

Blue-Clear adventure mode with Blade on at least normal.

Cloud-Beat the stadium's 100 man brawl.

Crono-Beat the stadium's 3 minute melee.

Mr.Game & Watch- Unlock all other characters, then clear target test with all characters (excluding mr.game & watch).

Lloyd-Clear adventure mode with any character after having a total play time of 1 hour.

Super Sonic-Clear Classic with Sonic on very hard.

Mewtwo-Clear adventure mode with Pikachu and Jigglypuff.

Jigglypuff-Clear adventure mode with any character.

Shadow-Clear adventure mode with Sonic, Tails on easy then Knuckles on at least normal.

Zero-Clear adventure mode with Mega Man on at least normal without losing any lives.

Naruto-Clear adventure mode with all the starter characters.

Mr.Incredible-Clear Classic with all the starter characters.

Young Link-Clear adventure mode with Link.

Inyuasha-Clear adventure mode without losing a live.

Once these conditions are met, the characters will each face you one on one in a brawl. Defeat the fighter and he/she is unlocked for all modes.
