It Appears in All Sorts Of places Depending On Which PartOf The island Youur On e.g I can Remember In Most Of The Jungles The Gnome Is In The Bushes And In Ship Wreck Lagoon (I think That's What It's Called!) It Was By The Waterfull. I Have It On PS2 So It Could Be Diffrent But Remember To Do the Cheats Quicky On The Main Menu And You Will Hear A Noise That Means The Cheats Worked
