Where can you get rare Pokemon in sapphire?

You can find Rayquaza in the sky Pillar - but you can only get to the top (Rayquaza) by using a mach bike. You can get Kyogre in Marine cave and groudon in terra cave. They can be on different routes.To find out which route they are in - go to the weather place close to fortree city and the guy inside will tell you.YOu can get to latios and latias on southern island by getting a special ticket. You can get to mew on another island - by getting another special ticket. Good Luck!

to get latios, he will be wild in the hoenn region, rayquaza in the sky pillar, and the regi's in the temples all over hoenn, route 109, and to the northwest of dewford and latias you need a mystic ticket

deoxys you need the aurora ticket others you can only get through the mystery gift.

and if you go to the weather institute after beating the game, a scientist on the top floor on a computer will tell you there is a storm on a route, go there and there will be a cave underwater and find kyogre. you can also, after beating the elite four, on your tv screen in your home you can see a blue or red bird, latios or latias, will be wandering in routes. ive also heard a rumor that at mossdeep city, in the rocket building, a scientist will tell you how many launches have been made, and at 100, he will let you go into space and catch jarachi and or deoxys. hope this helps!

you can win them in the lottery I'm pretty sure but if you go to mt. pyre and surf south, go right and you'll find a bush to cut and/or a big bunch of trees which you can either go up or down. go down and use the itemfinder to help find a rare candy (I'm not sure if the item is a hidden item or not but it's definitely there!) ^ you use cut to cut the tree down, then go down and the rare candy is in a pokeball thingy. and on route 114 there is a waterfall, go up that and there is a rare candy there.

Rayquaza: fly to pacifidlog town and and sail east. stay on the north side of the route until you find a break in the rocks shaped like an "S" then you will find a cave. go into the cave and out the door on the other side and you will find a building go inside and get to the top to find rayquaza. You will need a mach bike to get through the building.
