Cowhides are tanned to make Leather or Hard Leather. These are then used in the Crafting skill to make various items, mostly useful to rangers. These include Leather gloves. Leather chaps, Coifs, Cowls, Vambraces, and Hardleather bodies.

He is in Al-Kharid *answer needs updated
go to the cows and get cowhides that works the best for me
kill cows and they're cowhides are almost 300gp each
you can also collect bones or cowhides then sell them at grand exchange
You might do mining, woodcutting, or fishing, among others. Combat is also a good option; for example, you can kill cows and sell the cowhides.
well you can go to where the cows are and you kill them and you take the cowhides then go to the grand store and then sell the for a lot of money that's how i made a lot of money.
easy for someone with no skills i would suggest mining clay, or getting cowhides from the cowpin right near lumbridge(kill the cows to get the cowhides you might also want to sell the bones instead of burying them) make sure to sell it on the grand exchange located in varrock(north eastish varrock)
My biggest and well working strategy on gaining money on RuneScape is this.Collect about 200 cowhides. You can only fit 28 in your inventory, so you will need to take multiple trips to the bank. When you have collected that amount or more, you can teleport to Varrock and walk to the Grand Exchange. Collect-notes your cowhides and sell them to the nearest clerk. They sell fast usually, so you can end up with a large sum of money. I hoped I helped!!
kill cows and take the cowhides and raw beef and sell them at grand exchange. Raw beef sells for more, so do not cook it.
U will need 3 things: Cowhides, A needle, and some thread. kill cows in lumbridge to obtian cowhides or buy them in the grandexchange Tan the cowhides in Al karid (the desert) in the tanning shop west of the bank it will cost u 1gp per cowhide (make them into soft leather). Buy needles and thread on grandexchange or in crafting shop in Northeast falador or in Alkarid it is a black needle like object on map. than use needle on leather to make gloves for crafting exp
Prices change every day. Just go to the RuneScape main page, select "Community" then "Grand Exchange" from the menu at the top. There you can search for the current price of one cowhide. Then, just divide one million by the number of cowhides. You may also want to divide the result by 27 (assuming you can carry 27 items in your inventory). This is to figure out how many trips it will take to buy that many. Please note that while you get the cowhides, their price may go down, or up.
