Depends on the game design and shipment
YES!! It is th pokemon game for a nintendo pspwiiphone.
No They do not create glitches, because a glitch is an error in the game that the creaters do not know about. They do, however, create cheats on purpose. A cheat is a totally different thing from a glitch.
Every game console will have glitches.
It is somewhat fun, the instructions are not very good, and the game is VERY full of glitches. I do not recomend it as all it causes is frustration.
Any glitches the game had have been sorted by updates of the game.
Nintendo preserved the original games very well so there are very few changes compared to the original Game Boy games. The glitches and exploits are intentionally left in the game so you can still use the same glitches, just like the original The main difference is that the Link Cable is no longer compatible with the Nintendo 3DS so you can trade wirelessly between two 3DS'
Pokémon Arctic is a Pokémon game that was unofficial and therefore not endorsed by Nintendo, Pokémon Company or Game Freak however Pokémon Arctic was produced for the Nintendo DS system and Arctic focuses around either Brian or Cynthia as they have adventures in the Tohjo region while battling and catching wild Pokémon, battling the Elite 4 and encountering an unofficial Legendary Pokémon that is called Arcadia.
Basically you need a Action Replay for a Nintendo DS/DSi and then you enter codes which causes glitches in the games and helps you win the game.

Pokémon glitches are little tidbits in the Pokémon video game series that are (for the most part) data leftover from beta testing or placeholders to prevent game crashes. It is not known what they are exactly, because Nintendo refuses to give any info: MissingNO is a programming quirk, and not a real part of the game. When you get this, your game can perform strangely, and the graphics will often become scrambled. The MissingNO Pokémon is most often found after you perform the Fight Safari Zone Pokémon trick. To fix the scrambled graphics, try releasing the MissingNo Pokémon. If the problem persists, the only solution is to re-start your game. This means erasing your current game and starting a brand new one. Don't tell Nintendo I said this, but that's a bunch of lies. To fix the graphics, all you have to do is look at the stats of a normal Pokémon. They're just trying to scare unexperienced gamers out of messing with glitches. So there you have it. An answer and a lesson. Remember kids, never ask Nintendo about glitches.
glitches are sexy woman that come out and protect you for the rest of the game..... there are glitches on every map on every game on x-box 360.
i don't know but patching glitches just ruins the game for everybody
