What are the best heros and partners in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky?

I'd say to start out with Skitty if you're a girl(It's attract and sing moves will be VERY useful!) with a good fighting or ground type partner to take out the Manectrics and Dialga(Way to go Phanpy!!). Or if you're a boy try to start out with riolu with a phanpy for a partner and if you got phanpy for the starter pick riolu for the partner 'cause they're both good against Dialga and if you can get your hands on the TM Earthquake before the Manectrics that's good for killing both them and Dialga(Like I said WOOHOOO Phanpy!).
