It depends what you want, of course. Purchasable enchanted items tend to have a curse as well as a benefit. When you buy them, you have to consider not only whether you can use the benefit, but also whether your character can take the curse. If you need a shield, the Tower of the Nine fortifies Heavy Armour and Block, and adds a Shield enchantment to the 14 points of shield it already has. It takes away 10 points of Light Armour, but if you don't use Light Armour, it doesn't matter. Or there is the Spectre Ring which gives you 25 points of Chameleon, fortifies sneak and security but adversely affects strength and endurance. It is helpful if you want your character to have 100% chameleon.
the best caves would be around cheydenhall. there is a quest when you can get enchanted glass armor ( greaves, cuiriss, boots, and gauntlets) that are enchanted with 50% chameleon (greaves), MAGIC ABSORB 95%, (thats AWESOME for an enchanted cuiriss), an the best one, the guantlets have ANOTHER MAGIC SHEILD WITH 15 %. i cant remember, i think its called moon-something cave. its around cheydenhall about northeast from it.
It's not on a purchasable CD. Your best bet is to find a download for it.
Impossible to solve.
I think Frost is better because While doing the campaign most daedra have fire attributes.Hence forth making them have a weakness for frost. But also, you have to remember that frost does less damage, soit determines on your race and class.
Perfect Amber is the best but it requires the shivering Isles
clean and cool
It depends, but their isn't really a best shop. The various shops across Cyrodiil don't all carry the same items. To get the best price on a particular item, raise the shopkeeper's mood by bribing them or coercing with them (joke, brag, etc.). Common items (such as calipers) are easily found outside of a shop in any city. Check inside of boxes, barrels, and chests.
The best horse without the game of the year addition is the Black horse.
I think the best magic skill is fire coulomb damage
The Arena in the Imperial City
GameStop has it for about $10.
In "Oblivion," the store "Best Goods and Guarantees" features a locked cupboard that contains valuable items. To access it, players must pick the lock or use a key obtained from the shopkeeper or through other means. The contents are typically high-quality goods, which can enhance gameplay and character development. This adds an element of exploration and strategy for players seeking to improve their inventory.
