Official English PCSX2 configuration guide v0.9.8 has been added as a related link and while still in beta form it is consider to be the best PS2 emulator. It still requires the PS2 bios to work and you must download those from your PS2 for it to legally be run.
First you have to set up the emulator for the PS2 game then you have to download the game into a file on your PC. It is not a simple process and the best working emulator the PCSX2 takes some computer knowledge and skill to set up. A few links have been added to the related links
