The giant flower only appears when you have alot of weeds in your town. It is called a Rafflesia and it doesn't do anything, and you can only get rid of it when you get rid off the weeds or water it with a golden watering can.
When I first saw this message I thought you where talking about garbage! I've never let my town get so bad and weedy.
a spade is a shovel you use so you can dig up things like fossils and those things that make sounds.

if your seeing those codes ,that's action replay,it costs about 19.50 or something but if you use it too much for animal crossing and im sure any other game,it will stop working for animal crossing!that's what happened to me and my friend but i do know i used each code at the same time,DONT DO THAT!ok,ok ;)
If they are Wii games and they are playable (don't wast money on things that LOOK like games like those square boxes that says WiiSpeak that is only useable in the Animal Crossing game) then yes.
Those "notices" are just little helpful signs that give hints about what to do in Animal Crossing. It is also a marker where a new person could move. It serves two purposes.
