If you want just 1 Sims game on the PC then the best will probably have to be The Sims 3 which has great graphics but it takes some time to load. Although if you want a cheaper Sims than you should probably go for The Sims 2, it may not be better than Sims 3 but it still has most of the same things and you can buy Expansion Packs for the Sims 2 which allows you to do and buy more things and go more places.
