Nintendo has a special tool specifically made for removing the expansion pak from the system. You can find them on eBay and amazon. However, when I wanted to remove mine I didnt feel like taking the time or spending the money to order one. What I did was take a butter knife, insert it behind the pak (side closest to the game slot), and gently lift it out. Hope this helps.
Sorry, but for right now you cant delete it i downloaded it and i cant get it off my Dsi its permanent for now i even called Nintendo customer service twice and they said the same thing there is no way to remove it at the time.
