You can buy little plastic tubes to slip over the back of the ring if it is too big. I have the problem where when my hands get cold my fingers shrink and my rings get loose this solves it. If it is a question of the rings being too small then you need to go to a jeweler and get them sized.

How would you use temperature to remove a tight ring from a finger?

Taking Off a Tight RingIf your ringed finger's temperature is high enough, your finger will start to sweat, which will decrease friction and make removing the ring easier. If the ring is metallic, it will expand as it gets warmer, making removal even easier (take care you don't burn yourself however). Opposite AnswerVery cold skin could contract a finger a little, temporarily shrinking it and allowing the ring to be easier to remove. SummaryMake the ring warm and wet but make the finger cold for best results.

To determine your ring size at home, you can use a strip of paper or a piece of string. Wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where it overlaps, then measure the length against a ruler in millimeters. Alternatively, you can use a ring you already own by measuring its internal diameter with a ruler and comparing it to a ring size chart.
