I've seen it a lot, either over heating, hard drive failure or system failure. I'm sure you know what over heating is. but system failure is when something breaks inside your console like the disk drive or a wire (please correct me if I'm wrong on that). and a hard drive failure this has happened to me a lot, its basically your hard drive is connected fine then for some reason it gets disconnected. if you get the ring of death here's how to tell what went wrong.
