What do you do after you beat misty on Pokemon Red?

After you defeat team magma with steven, you must go back to steven's house and he will give you the HM Dive. Then you have to surf south until you reach a certain point(I'm not really sure). Then you will have to use dive and go into a cave and find a submarine which was stolen by team aqua. Dive up and you will be in the team aqua hideout. Hope this helps :)

your JUST starting your quest my friend!!

from there you have to tkae route 5 ( your only possible route , because route 9 is of bounds you need HM cut from the SS Anne ) , find the little 'house' at the bottom below the day care house , and you come out at route 6 , where you get to explore Vermilion city defeat the gym leader there and then move on !! , you need to go to Celadon city and get water from the vending and give it to the guards around Saffron city !! , wher eyou will be able to defeat team rockets ! ,
