first you go to the aqua resort where you will see summer (you're partner) who was there doing quests. Then supurna (bird lady) asks you to do a quest it includes you to find moltres, zapdos and articuno while flying in the sky on a staraptor or latios. Once you catch them go to there resting places where the Pokemon pinchers awoken them and catch them you will be rewarded with each ranger sign.
