you wake up one morning after alakazam left to fight groudon, (this is around 5-20 missions after they left), your partner says something about Pokemon square, and alakazam & team hasn't come back, then shiftry forms a team containing Blastoise, Octillery, and Golem. and after about 1-5 missions, you go to Pokemon square to find out blastoise & his team didnt even get to see groudon, they got the CRAP beat out of them before floor 10. then you & your partner volunteer to go. there is a break point, like when you fought zapdos, moltres, and articuno. , (notice they're articUNO, zapDOS, and molTRES, lol.) but the breakpoint is on floor 24. the flooring changes on floor 8, 18, and volcanic pit floor 1, and 3, (Groudon's floor.) btw, all you have to do to find groudon is find the stairs on floor 1 in volcanic pit, then you find charizard and tyranitar from alakazam's team, they say alakazam is still quelling with groudon. there is a flash, alakazam dissapears. groudon appears and you're fighting groudon!
(note that if you stare at the message i just put without blinking, the spaces in between the words looks like mewtwo, which you will face after going through the 5 legendary Pokemon, in order, entei, raikou, suicune, lugia and ho-oh, but to get to lugia you must befriend all three legendary birds, some time after you see the end credits roll, and well after you defeat and befriend kyogre, who automatically befriends you. you go to visit the birds, and they all go to where articuno is on the island, legendary island. they get together and create the vortex stone, which gives you access to the silver trench, there lies lugia. as for ho-oh, you have to beat the three legendary Pokemon entei, raikou and suicune, who gives you the rainbow feather, im not sure how it goes after that.)
