First call The Sims 3 tech support they will probably help you say that my sims 3 pets expansion pack won't load If that doesn't work go to he store and try to return the game and get a different disk. Third if that doesn't work then reinstall it or get a new computer and if it still doesn't work then your stuck and can't play it
