Nothing, there is no achievement, or challange, nor are credits awarded for finding all of them, they were placed in the game for the hardcore halo fans to find and discover some extra insight of the halo universe, otherwise they have no point except for the satifaction of tracking them down. Every mission contains 2, 1 that can be found on all difficulties, and 1 that only appears on legendary.
