You will not unlock anything at Captain, Grade 2 (or any "grades" for that matter). All unlocks occur at major intervals (Captain, Major, Lt. Colonel, etc).
The next time you unlock something will be at Major. You will unlock the Base and CNM variants of the EVA helmet, the Tactical/Patrol chest plate, the Tactical/Tacpad wrist armor, the UA/NxRA utility add-on, and the General Sangheili (Elite) armor permutation.
