The familyfunds cheat adds (or subtracts) a given amount of Simoleons from a given family's funds. Open up the cheat window (Ctrl + Shift + C) and enter "familyfunds [family name] [+/- amount (without commas)]". The only real catch though is the family name can only be used by one household.
