What does Porygon 2 do in Super Smash Bros melee?

He digitizes himself and does a weird attack similar to Tackle. If enemies get hit by it when its doing tackle, they'll get hit full speed backwards. You should throw it near enemies so they have a higher chance of dying, as it is really difficult to recover from.
