I had a miscarriage exactly a month today it a terrible experience.
You bleed first some people only get spotting while others can pass blood clots, though. You can get very bad pains and a sharp pain up centre your stomach and pressure below the stomach. Other women have no pain, though.
I then went to my doctor were I was sent for a scan the following morning. The ultrasound showed a baby measuring at 10 weeks 4 days although I was 15 weeks into the pregnancy until the bleeding started 5 weeks after the child had died in utero(within the uterus).
I was then asked if I would like to wait and pass it through naturally or have a D&C, a procedure where the physician inserts an instrument through the cervix and scrapes the wall of the uterus and suctions out the contents (similar to the procedure used in abortion, but since the fetus has died this is NOT an abortion). A D&C will make sure nothing left behind that can cause infection.
I was scheduled for the D&C but sadly I didn't last; I woke up about 1 in morning with terrible pains along bottom of my back and across my stomach. I could not get comfortable, and after 2hours goin through the pain I felt like something had disconnected itself inside me ,and the pain had stopped. I then stood up to go to bathroom when all of sudden a gush of blood and blood clots came out.
That when I knew it had passed through from my body. I was then admitted to hospital emergency room and examined. Some people bleed from 7-10 days after having a miscarriage. If bleeding continues longer than 10 days, you should check with your physician.
A heavy painful period with clots.
when you feel ready to, physically and mentally.don't feel pressured.
You can get pregnant NOW, it is not still from the miscarriage. If you feel like it, go for it.
i doubt it there should be a fetus anymore.
After a miscarriage, hormonal changes can occur, leading to physical changes in the breasts. Initially, they may feel tender or swollen due to the abrupt drop in hormones like estrogen and progesterone. Over time, the breasts may return to their normal size and feel as hormone levels stabilize. Individual experiences may vary based on the timing of the miscarriage and personal hormonal responses.
Did it go down the toilet? It was probably just a clot, though you may have had a very early miscarriage. It is thought that about 50% of pregnancies end this way.
you could be having a miscarriage
A miscarriage in the first trimester is going to feel similar to period-like cramping in your lower abdomen. Some other symptoms of having a miscarriage are: the passing of tan colored tissue, headaches, back pain, the passing of blood, white to pinkish colored discharge, and a sudden decrease in signs of pregnancy.
