"Free pay" on a payslip typically refers to the portion of your income that is not subject to deductions, such as taxes or other withholdings. It can also indicate any additional benefits or allowances provided by the employer that do not affect your taxable income. Understanding this component can help you better assess your overall compensation and financial situation. Always check with your HR or payroll department for specific definitions related to your payslip.

I'm not sure what "tourists pay free" is supposed to mean.
A pay slip? I never heard of one. You must be given your pay and a payslip within a "reasonable" time of the end of the period worked. There's no law to say in which order. They have to provide, by law, a payslip but they do not have to (by law) provide it before you get paid!! If there are any discrepancies on your pay then any pay owed will be added (or deducted) on your next wage. Are you being paid in cash? if so they may not be paying your tax Not so far as I know.
No

If you haven't processed the payroll then you can do it either manually or using HR softwares, which makes it a lot times easier. Here's a link to a free HR software which helps you process payroll and generate payslip for any employee or for all employees, the way you choose it to be. This software also has the facility to send auto generated payslip mails and sms's to the employee.
