Bad news, your battery has worn out, or your power port is busted. Same thing happened to me. Something like that can decrease the value to 1/4 of the price. You can get it repaired to bump up the value, or sell it for really cheap.

PSP charger is not the right kind or the psp charger is broke and will not charge.
I had that problem and i found out that u need to get a new charger.... i had it for 1 day with a 30 day warrenty so i got my new charger free!
the psp is not on the charger it needs to be on it or it wont charge.
it means either you have a foul (bad) battery or your machine is bricked. does it run on a/c? if so then it is your battery. I would recommend buying a new battery
