A special attack is an attack where your Pokemon doesn't directly touch the opponent (like tackle, slam, mega punch and chomp). Moves like surf, confusion, psychic and hydro pump are special moves because your Pokemon didnt directly touch the opponent. There are no exeptions that I know of.
Try this: * Thunderbolt * Shadow Ball * Trick * Leafstorm (Mow) / Overheat (Heat) In tandem with a Modest nature (+Sp. Atk, - Atk) and EVs as follow: 4 HP, 252 Spd, and 252 Sp. Atk. a very unused Pokemon is ho-oh. this is the opposite of lugia and is a fire-flying type and specializes in atk./sp. atk
it probably would if not seriously damaged
None
Well, Regice is good with HP, Sp. Atk, and Sp. Def. While Registeel is really good with Sp. Def, Defense, HP, and somewhat Attack. I think Registeel is stronger.
The Light Ball won't work on a Raichu, since it only doubles the Sp. Atk of a Pikachu.

A 2h weapon that's a bit better then a drag dagger and has the best sp atk in all d weapons, it atks 4 times in one hit and uses only 50% of your sp bar.
It depends on the other person if they are willing to have a Dragonite. Many players are searching for Dragonite throughout the world, and even they would trade a Infernape for it. If you care about stats, I'll pull up the advantages and disadvantages between the two. Infernape Its base stats are: HP - 76 Attack - 104 Defense - 71 Sp. Atk - 104 Sp. Def - 71 Speed - 108 As you can see, Infernape's strongest stats are Attack, Sp. Atk, and Speed, which can be a great combination, but its lack of HP, Defense, and Sp. Def can easily wipe it out if hit by a super effective move. Dragonite Its base stats are: HP - 91 Attack - 134 Defense - 95 Sp. Atk - 100 Sp. Def - 100 Speed - 80 Now Dragonite's stats are terrific compared to Infernape's; only with the lack of Speed. It can withstand great Sp. Atk hits, but its HP and Defense can be scary to a Physical hitter and its speed will drag it along a bit. Whilst it has these kind of cons, many people search for it. Rarity isn't always have to be in trade, but the matter on what kind of Pokemon you can get for battle.
