According to the Oblivion website you need to have an ATI X800 series, Nvidia GeForce 6800 series, or higher video card.
Here is a list of supported video card chipsets. However you can still get the game to work if your card is not listed here.

It isn't if you are blind.
System Requirements 512MB System RAM 2.0 GHz processor 128MB video card 8x DVD-ROM drive 4.6 GB Hard disk space
A 1GB card is listed as the minimum, and a 2GB is the recommended.
Its a GPU (a Graphics Processing Unit) card used to handle graphics in a PC. Its the fourth generation series, made by Nvidia. Its needed if you want to play high end PC games, which demand heavy graphics processing.
That is odd. You might try getting the latest graphics drivers for your video card. See if that fixes the problem.
A graphics card is found on your mother board. Your Central Processing unit is completely different I'm afraid. An integrated graphics card means it will be used as RAM if its not needed anywhere else. Dedicated Graphics is naturally better than Integrated but it can only be used as graphics power. I'm not entirely sure what you were trying to get from this. But I hope this helps
The computer can be used to find the MB of the graphics card. The graphic card is usually mounted on the graphics card reader. The MB of the graphic card can be read by looking at the drive of the graphics card.
Step 1. Find out what graphics card you have.
I'm assuming you mean which card is more necessary- and that would be a graphics card. Your computer has a decent sound card built into the motherboard but the on-board graphics are never enough for the better games. Unless you are a sound editor and/or a real sound snob you don't need a separate sound card.
i play oblivion on the lowest graphics setting on the samsung n150 plus its pretty smooth as well.
The best card from your preferred manufacturer. ATI and nVidia are the most popular makers.
