It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Here's how you test it... you will need to remove the air intake line to the carb, and place a CLEAN piece of cardboard over the air inlet port. If the ATV keeps running, you have an intake leak if it dies, then I would guess your pilot jet in your carb is clogged. If you used the same jets in your rebuilt carb, you will have to take it aparat (again.. I know) and run a small guitar string through the pilot jet hole. Based on your symptom I would guess it's the pilot jet being clogged, but the vacuum leak test is so easy I would try that first. Hope this helps!

Possibly a clogged pilot jet. I took the bowl off the carb of my sons TTR 90 and found it to be clogged. They are extremely tiny on these bikes and can clog easily. Take the 4 screws out of the bottom of the carb and you will see two jets. One is the main jet and the other (smaller diameter and longer is the pilot jet). unscrew it with a flat head screw driver and see if you can see through it in the light. Again (the hole in this jet is TINY so if you see light it is probably good. If not try carb cleaner and compressed air to blow the trash out.
