you can get a guitar, bass (same controller as the guitar), Microphone and a drumkit. But you can only use the microphone and drumkit on Guitar Hero 4 onwards. but unfortunately you have to have a wii remote to be able to control any of these.
The guitar will work, others... do not.

Yes. And, you can also use "Guitar Hero" instruments.
There is a Guitar Hero for Wii, but it isn't exclusive to Wii.
Yes it is. From Guitar Hero 3 and up are on the Wii. They have unique instruments, but the games don't have the best quality as the Xbox and PS3. The graphics are poor and weak, but still have a good time.
yep
Rockband for the Wii can be bought with or without the instruments. If you buy Rockband with the instruments, it should come with one guitar, one drum set, two drumsticks, and a microphone. If you wish to have two guitars so that you can play with three other people, the guitars are sold separate and are also compatible with Guitar Hero for the Wii. Hope this helps!
For Guitar Hero on the Wii, all you really need is the guitar, a wii-mote, and the actual Guitar Hero game disk. The guitar strap SHOULD come with the guitar. That's all you need. :)
Only for xbox 360 are all guitars and instruments compatible with guitar hero and rockbands it doesn't work with PS3 or Wii.
No, not for Guitar Hero (Wii) nor Rock Band (Wii).
It depends. There are lots of Guitar Hero Wii games
No, they will not. the reason being that the Rock Band instruments come with an input USB Dongle(cable) that lets the system find them. because the only instrument the game will recognize under a Wii Remote is a Mic, Guitar Hero Les Paul, Kramer, and Kramer 2.0 can't be recognized by the game, this also applies to the drum controllers, fortunately, all Guitar Hero Peripherals work with the wii version of Rockband 2, with quite a few songs of the first game up for DLC
