easy formula for calculate gsm as below, GSM= (EPI/Warp count*1.1)+(PPI/Weft count*1.04)*23.5
Easy formula for calculate gsm as below, GSM= (EPI/Warp count*1.1)+(PPI/Weft count*1.04)*23.5 Suppose: Fabric is 20x20/60x60 Calculate: (60/20x1.1)+(60/20x1.04)x23.5 =(3.3+3.12)x23.5=6.42x23.5=150.87 So, GSM is 150.87maximum Hopefully you get it. For Warp Weight, (5315*reed space*EPI*110)/(9000*1000*warp Count) Kgs/100 mtr. For weft weight (5315*reed space*PPI*103)/(9000*1000*weft Count) Kgs/100 mtr. Add both you will get Fabric weight in Kgs for 100 mtr. Here 5 % is warp crimp and 5 % is warp Shrink. 3 % is weft crimp. If you want gms/mtr square i.e GSM then Divide the fabric weight by width of fabric in mtrs.
(epi/warp count+ppi/weft count)23.2,this is simple formulae for calculating gsm with count & construction.for glm -gsm*width of the fabric in cm
Following informations are required to calculate weight. 1) ends per cm and picks per cm 2) fabric width 3)warp and weft crimp % 4)warp and weft yarn count.
Grams per Square Meter:(no. of warp yarns per inchXdenier)+(no.of weft yarns per inchXdenier)/size of the fabric in incheg: 10 yarns in warp x 10 yarns in weft, denier(density) is 1000.1 mtr : 33.316 inch so 1mtr area = 228.6 is constant.say,((10X1000)+(10X1000))/228.6= 87.48~87.5 GSM.

How do you convert cellphone gsm frequency to another gsm frequency?"
GSM hosting provides the platform for gsm forums. To get more information there is a forum titled GSM hosting listed as the place to find the gsm forums.
In the context of Mobile phones gsm means Global System for Mobiles. Hoerver 100 gsm or 130 gsm is usually referred for thickness of paper. gsm means grammes per square meter. Hence 130 gsm is thicker than 100 gsm. Simple.
