ScapeNation is a virtual world created for kids ranging from the age of seven to about fourteen. It is based off the story that ScapeNation once a complete world is now broken up into six separate islands because of the villain of "darkness" who plans to destroy ScapeNation forever and players are intended to fight the "darkness". In the game players have the ability to create an avatar, designing a pad, chat with friends, play a variety of games to earn ScapeBucks, and then with the ScapeBucks players can purchase ScapeStuff. You can also buy ScapeBucks with a credit card or get ScapeStuff gift cards at Justice clothing stores. However, ScapeNation is about exploring and new games and mysteries of the Islands are always being created to continue the adventure.

Scapenation really isn't about beating the game. It is a virtual island intended for those playing to explore. There are tons of games on each one of the Islands, some are easier to find than others but that is part of the "discovering" aspect of Scapenation. Playing the games helps you earn scapebucks. However, there is also the option of buying scapebucks with the help of your parents and their credit cards, in order to buy more scapestuff. Once playing Scapenation you can customize your avatar, design your pad, change your outfit, chat with friends all along with playing the games and exploring the different Islands. If darkness begins to lurk, in the place you are, you can invite friends to that place to fight the darkness. The game is continuing to develope and the adventures are expanding on the Islands of Scapenation.
