A hypoplastic spadix, commonly referred to as a hypespadius, is a developmental anomaly where the urethra opens on the underside of the penis instead of at the tip. This condition can vary in severity and may also involve associated issues such as curvature of the penis. Surgical intervention is often required to correct the condition and improve function and appearance.
